Basil & Cucumber Smash
Ingredients
- 20 ml PURE by MONIN Cucumber
- 10 ml MONIN Basil syrup
- 40 ml gin
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 4 basil leaves
Garnish
Basil leaves. Cucumber slices.
Capacity
150 ml
Instructions
- Muddle basil with all MONIN products in cocktail shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and ice
- Shake and double strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice
- Garnish with basil leaves and cucumber slices
- Serve
