- 20 ml MONIN Peach fruit mix
- 120 ml of Champagne

Slice of peach

Instructions
- Pour MONIN Peach fruit mix with Champagne into a mixing glass with ice cubes
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Strain into a coupe
- Top with Champagne
- Garnish with a peach slice
- Serve
