Ingredients

Garnish

Rosemary twigs and saffron.

Capacity

250 ml

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients, except water, into a stirring glass filled with ice
  2. Stir until combined
  3. Strain into a highball glass, add ice and top with sparkling water
  4. Stir gently once more
  5. Garnish with rosemary twig and saffron threads
  6. Serve
