Mezcal Negroni
Ingredients
- 30 ml MONIN Bitters
- 30 ml mezcal
- 30 ml vermouth
Garnish
Orange zest
Capacity
150 ml
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Top with ice cubes
- Zest an orange over the top and garnish with the zest
- Serve
