Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN Rhubarb syrup
- 20 ml PURE by MONIN Pink Grapefruit
- 10 ml PARAGON Palo Santo Cordial
- 100 ml soda water
- 40 ml tequila blanco
Garnish
Pink grapefruit zest

Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice, adding the soda water at the end
- Stir and garnish with pink grapefruit zest
- Serve
