Pistachio Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 20ml MONIN Pistachio syrup
- 25 ml MONIN Lime Rantcho concentrate
- 45 ml pisco
- 20 ml egg white
- 2 dashes aromatic bitter
Garnish
MONIN Bitters

Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker
- Shake once without ice cubes to emulsify the egg white
- Add more ice cubes and shake again
- Double strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with bitters
- Serve
