Virgin Blackcurrant Mojito
Ingredients
- 30 ml MONIN Blackcurrant fruit mix
- 150 ml soda water
- 1/2 lime in dices
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
Garnish
Fresh mint sprig

250 ml
Instructions
- Muddle the lime, mint and MONIN Blackcurrant fruit mix into a tumbler glass
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with soda water
- Stir gently
- Add more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
- Serve
