Ingredients

For the cocktail :
For the bergamot siphon foam:

Garnish

Bergamot siphon foam. Lemon zest.

Capacity

270 ml

Instructions

  1. Pour all cocktail ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake, then pour into a Margarita glass
  3. Pour all bergamot foam ingredients into a siphon
  4. Lay the foam on top of the drink
  5. Toast surface with a blowtorch
  6. Garnish with lemon zest
  7. Serve
