Campfire Kiss
Ingredients
- 15 ml MONIN Toasted Marshmallow syrup
- 15 ml Pure by MONIN Peach / Apricot
- 120 ml ginger ale
- 40 ml (non-alcoholic optional) bourbon
- 2 dashes cocoa bitters
Garnish
Marshmallows on a skewer (roasted)

300 ml
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients, except ginger ale, into a highball glass
- Add ice and top with ginger ale
- Stir gently
- Decorate with a toasted marshmallow-skewer
- Serve
