Cinnamon Roll Bubble Tea
Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN Cinnamon Roll syrup
- 30 ml MONIN White Tea concentrate
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml skim milk for cold foam
- 2 spoons bobas brown sugar or tapioca pearls

Instructions
- Add the boba/tapioca pearls to a glass and fill with ice cubes
- Pour in 20 ml of MONIN Cinnamon Roll syrup and MONIN White Tea concentrate
- Top with milk, leaving space for flavoured cold foam
- Pour the skim milk and 10 ml of MONIN Cinnamon Roll syrup into a blender designed for cold foam
- Mix until the appropriate consistency
- Layer cold foam on top and garnish with cinnamon powder
- Serve
