Lemongrass Tea Highball
Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN White Tea concentrate
- 10 ml MONIN Lemongrass syrup
- 30 ml gin
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml soda water
Garnish
Orange peel

250 ml
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a lemongrass stick and a lemon zest
- Serve
