Rub-a-Duck
Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN Blue Curacao syrup
- 20 ml MONIN Lemongrass syrup
- 120 ml soda water, 50 ml (non-alcoholic optional) London Dry Gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
Garnish
Mini rubber duck

Instructions
- Pour all ingredients, except water, into a glass filled with ice and stir until the ingredients are combined
- Strain into vessel of choice
- Top with soda water
- Decorate with a mini rubber duck (optional)
- Serve
